Be a part of one of the largest Investment custodians’ in Australia and New Zealand. There is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and successful business unit managing key clients needs. You will be responsible for pro-actively monitoring service delivery to key clients whilst responding to any incoming enquiries and negotiating realistic outcomes and timeframes.

**Your new role**
Working as an Account Manager you will be:

- Meeting all client inquiries in an efficient manner and setting realistic timeframes
- Establishing and building strong working relationships with internal operations teams and relevant external stakeholders
- Working with the operations teams to solve complex client requests
- Negotiating realistic targets and timeframes with clients and effectively communicating these to all relevant stakeholders.
- Identifying areas of risk and minimizing exposure in these areas.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Significant experience within a middle office operations role with a sound knowledge of internal operations
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise tasks and work effectively handling multiple responsibilities
- Strong negotiation skills to manage Clients expectations
