As an Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient management of the Accounts Payable function as well as providing strong leadership and support to the 5 Accounts Payable staff. This role requires a confident professional that demonstrates a high attention to detail and commitment to customer service.Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the main duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Operational management of the Accounts Payable division
- Day to day operational management that includes processing invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders and coding invoices
- Monitoring and clearing 'aged creditor' reports and aged 'goods receipted not yet invoiced' reports. You will liaise with suppliers and manage their reconciliations while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Responsible for all bank account changes across all suppliers.
- Responsible for all supplier documentation as part of the supplier set up process and maintaining up to date supplier records
- Developing relationships with internal stakeholders
- Reviewing and signing off on payment files before they are sent to Finance for sign off.

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be a successful applicant, you will have:

- Minimum of 5 year's experience in an Accounts Payable leadership position
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build and manage relationships
- Excellent data entry speed and accuracy
- Exceptional organisational and priority setting skills to be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- This role requires attention to detail and a "hands on approach"
