This is a leadership position within the Managed Funds Account Management team, working to provide a premium service to a growing business unit. You will be taking a lead role in all aspects of service delivery and relationship building. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive growth within a high achieving Middle office team.

**Your new role**
Working as an Account Manager in the Middle Office, you will;
- Be the 1st point of escalation for both internal and external stakeholders for a range of clients
- Assist in strategic planning and implementation of growth strategies, working alongside senior management
- Responsible for managing the execution of all Trade instructions, co-ordinating with the back-office team
- Setting up new funds, onboarding clients and ensuring a smooth process

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Middle office with strong Market’s knowledge
- Experience in a management position and demonstrated experience developing and getting the best results out of a team
- Experience in process improvements and implementing them effectively
- Demonstrated experience in managing effective client relationships
