We’re looking for a **Vendor Co-Ordinator &** **Fulfilment Specialist** to join our high performing team who’ll excel in this varied role requiring management of ING Australia’s fulfilment requirements and providing support to Vendor & Outsourcing Managers.

We’re looking for someone with a high degree of accuracy and a flexible approach as the daily tasks can be driven by the requirements and deadlines specific to the day.

In addition, there are a set tasks to be undertaken on a regular basis. These set tasks include management of our mail house and print supplier requirements, effective management and delivery of the statement run, tracking of collateral requirements from third party vendors, invoice processing, risk management and vendor reporting.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Tracking collateral volumes with third party suppliers and ensuring materials are provided in timely manner
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for suitable timings and meeting preparation as required for fulfilment
- Providing a single point of contact for our Strategic Business Partners (SBP), key vendors and internal stakeholders
- Supporting with Risk Management & Reporting requirements across Outsourcing, Third Party & Scheme Compliance
- Participate in group initiatives and working groups to build and enhance capability, culture, and support the growth of ING.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Previous experience in a fulfilment role
- Previous experience in administration support with Intermediate level of MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- A good understanding of retail banking products with over 3 years’ experience in retail banking environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to be a fast learner with a thirst for knowledge and strong organisational and task management skills
- Demonstrated business awareness with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions as required - a self-starter who can manage stakeholders across the organisation
- Ability to adapt to change
