IT Vendor Relationship Manager
- Focus on Infra/Cloud/Network and Security related work
- Full Time Permanent Role

Our client is currently looking to recruit an IT Vendor Relationship Manager with prior experience in the IT domain (specifically Infra/Networking/Security/Cloud)

You will join an existing small dedicated team of 4-6 people and oversee management of these individuals, strategic leadership alongside Architecture, Product and Engineering and Delivery teams.
- Manages the relationship with IT Vendors
- Builds communication and escalation plans around vendor activities
- Work hand in hand with Architecture and Delivery teams to look at roadmaps and orient to a greater line of sight alongside core strategic deliverables and how the vendor relationships are set up.
- Risk management as defined in vendor contracts and in accordance with existing risk management programs and policies
- Monitors and reports on vendor performance including against agreed service levels
- Coordinates the provision of services provided by vendors
- Coordinates the classification and tiering of vendors by risks and risk impacts

Experience
- Previous experience leading Vendor Relationships and provisioning teams
- Domain expertise working within critical infrastructure and Networking services
