**About Us**:
Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and contracts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and oversee vendor contracts throughout their lifecycle
Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors
Review and analyze contract documents for compliance and risk
Maintain accurate contract records and databases
Monitor contract performance and ensure vendor compliance
Coordinate with internal departments on contract-related matters
Develop and implement contract management processes
Prepare reports on contract status and vendor performance
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
3-5 years experience in contract administration
Strong knowledge of contract law and best practices
Good negotiation and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
**Skills**:
Contract negotiation and drafting
Vendor relationship management
Risk assessment and mitigation
Data analysis and reporting
Project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
