About the Role _**

As a Course Coordinator, you will manage the successful implementation of our new Bachelor of Community Service course in Adelaide, overseeing academic staffing matters, coordinating program delivery and teaching students course content.
- Key Responsibilities include:_
- Teach the next generation of Community Service workers
- Develop curriculum, deliver courses, and assess students.
- Ensure programs meet industry standards and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage daily operations, including timetabling and resource allocation.
- Mentor teaching staff and conduct performance appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies and procedures; Maintain accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Participate in program reviews and updates and prepare reports for academic committees.

**_ About You_**
- You will hold a Masters or higher in Social Work, or a related welfare discipline, such as Counselling, Psychology or similar.
- Years of practical, industry experience in your field of study.
- Preferably you will also hold or be willing to complete a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Proven experience in academic leadership roles, preferably within an education setting.
- Familiarity with academic quality and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
- Experienced and passionate academic professional with a strong background in community service education, with a proven track record in curriculum development, teaching and program coordination
