**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for the following courses:
*
- CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services
- Develop and implement effective training programs in line with industry standards and ASQA requirements.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement.
- Utilize MOODLE or similar Learning Management Systems for course delivery and assessment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for instructional purposes.
- Maintain industry currency and actively participate in professional development activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in Community service or related field.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 / TAE40116) including (TAELLN411).
- Demonstrated industry currency and training experience in hospitality management.
- Effective classroom management skills and computer literacy.
- Familiarity with MOODLE or similar Learning Management Systems.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to quality and compliance with VET standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
