Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer and Assessor who is well-versed in the CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and CPP51122 – Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and assessment services for CPP41419 & CPP51122 and other similar qualifications/skillsets.
  • Develop and update training materials to align with current industry standards.
  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.
  • Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with industry partners to ensure course content remains current.
  • Provide academic support to students through various platforms, including one-on-one consultations and group discussions.

Qualifications:

  • TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in real estate.
  • Previous experience in delivering CPP41419 & CPP51122 or similar qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of ASQA compliance and AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
