We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified **Trainer and Assessor** to join our growing team.

We are seeking for Trainer and Assessor for the following qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Business
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Diploma of Community Services

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver and assess accredited training programs in the qualification listed above
- Develop engaging learning materials and assessment tools in line with industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to students to ensure positive learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records in accordance with compliance and RTO standards.
- Stay up to date with industry practices and VET sector regulations.

**About You**
- Hold a current **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).**:

- Possess vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
- Have recent and relevant industry experience in the qualification you will be teaching.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- A student-focused approach and commitment to quality training.

**Desirable**
- Experience delivering training to diverse student groups (including international students).
- Knowledge of ASQA compliance requirements.
- Ability to contribute to continuous improvement processes.
