Position Overview:

Are you passionate about shaping the future of early childhood education? The Australian Career Advancement Institute (ACAI) is looking for a dedicated Trainer and Assessor to deliver the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. This role offers flexibility, with options for full-time, part-time, or contract positions, tailored to the right candidate. You'll be teaching career-focused students in the Parramatta area, helping them kickstart their journey in the childcare sector.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Trainer and Assessor at ACAI, you will:

  • Provide top-notch training and assessment services to students from diverse backgrounds, adhering to individual training plans and program requirements.
  • Engage in reviews, validation, and continuous improvement of training resources and assessments.
  • Stay current with industry knowledge and practices to ensure relevant and high-quality training.
  • Empower and support students to achieve their full potential and complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Current).
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
