**Role Purpose**

The Product Analyst is responsible for developing protection documents generated by the CML underwriting system, maintaining CRD operational reports, and overseeing underwriting rules engine development.

**Capabilities Required**

**Skills, Knowledge and Attributes**
- Strong ability to analyse, interpret and extrapolate data.
- Sound understanding of insurance principles, terminology, and actuarial and financial concepts.
- Advanced working knowledge of SAS, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to give and receive feedback effectively, create positive change, problem solve, show initiative, and be skilfully persistent in creating broad improvement.
- Ability to engage with an array of stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.

**Experience**
- 3+ years of industry experience in insurance.
- Over three years of experience in a business analyst, portfolio analyst, underwriting, or product development role.

**Qualifications**
- Formal qualifications in data, statistics, or actuarial studies.
