**The Company**

Robert Half have partnered with an international production company to recruit an exciting Operations Analyst position. Challenge your operational accounting and analysis skills in this autonomous and pivotal role, that will see you liaising with teams across Australia and New Zealand. If you are looking to take your career to the next level in a dynamic company, where no two days will be the same - this may be the role you've been looking for

T**he Role**

Your exceptional experience and business insights will be instrumental as you analyse and report on production related usage, costing, labour variances, through puts and waste, track operation performance, in addition to maintaining information around standard costs and bills of materials. This autonomous position will see you reporting on your findings to multiple stakeholder and following up with department managers around risks or issues that are identified.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Experience in Financial processing/reporting or Operations analysis.
- Outstanding experience identifying variances and errors in financial processes and identifying areas of improvement.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills with a keen interest analysing data sets.
- Extraordinary analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Brilliant communication skills - both verbal and written, to convey reports and findings to colleagues with a non-financial background.
