**Security Analyst**

**Due to major growth we are expanding our Security team in Perth and currently looking for a Security Analyst to join the team.**

As a Security Analyst at VGW, you will monitor and investigate security incidents in our products and corporate environments.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Monitor, identify, investigate and analyse all response activities related to security incidents within the organisation
- Monitor Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) events for security incidents
- Analyse threat models and make recommendations to product teams on detection & response improvements
- Assists with security audits, risk analysis, digital forensics and penetration testing.
- Produce detailed incident reports and threat intelligence briefs on known threats for use by product teams

**What you will bring to the role**:

- You have previous experience working in collaborative technical teams
- You have at least two years of experience in a cybersecurity or related role
- You adopt a continuous learning mindset
- You are a strong communicator and maintain high standards of execution
