**The Company**

A fast-growing start-up company developing leading software that is quickly gaining global recognition is continuing to expand its team. With a growing team, they are seeking the next hire in the form of a Product Owner. This role provides a platform to make a genuine impact on a growing company and contribute to its product success thus far.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop user stories, requirement specifications, business cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Analyse, define and document requirements through a variety of best-practice methods.
- Strong focus on product road-mapping for new solutions and features.
- Own and manage product backlog, ensuring all requirements are documented.
- Support the testing and release of features with internal test groups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and key customer facing milestones.

**Experience Needed**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Commerce/Business, IT, or Engineering).
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role - (Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager) preferably in environmental commodity, energy registries, or marketplaces.
- Previous experience within a scale-up company.
- Strong attention to detail in producing reports and presentations.
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to articulate effectively with key stakeholders.

**Salary and Benefits**
