About the Opportunity:
Due to company growth LUCAS Restaurants is on the look-out for an Operations Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, the LUCAS Restaurants Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a portfolio of venues, as allocated. Optimise operational processes, drive the team to ensure restaurant financial targets are met whilst ensuring continuous development of crew members.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar senior management role with a multi-venue portfolio
- Proven record of success in leading a high-performing teams and exceeding targets
- Business acumen and strong understanding of financials
- The ability to effectively articulate the company’s goals and overall vision
- Strong leadership skills and experience motivating and providing direction to large teams
- Exemplary communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- Previous experience with Deputy (or similar attendance system) and H&L (or similar stock control system) essential.
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Leadership / Management would be advantageous
