Immediate start for an L&D Coordinator
The Learning & Development Coordinator will be working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maximise L&D uptake across the organisation. The role has a particular focus on the coordination, scheduling and administration of a range of workforce learning related activities.

Responsibilities include:

- Support the L&D team with enhancements of learning, leadership and culture programs
- Assist with the on boarding journey of new hires, including communications, scheduling induction webinars and opportunities to co facilitate sessions
- Coordinate and assist in the distribution of online assessment reports
- Work collaboratively with the team on learning design and assist in the curation & promotion of learning content as well as the production and rollout of eLearning modules
- Co-ordinate the LMS to ensure learning is accessible
- Enhance the L&D intranet site to encourage self-service and a positive user experience
- Assess the quality of training and delivery, reporting outcomes and progress
