Joining our fantastic Learning & Development team, as an **RTO & Safety Coordinator**, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and coordination support to the L&D department, specifically the RTO and Safety Training functions.

We are looking for a self-starter and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple tasks with ease. An important part of the administrative function, you will use your customer service skills to plan and schedule Safety training events for both metro and regional WesTrac customers. Other administrative duties include continuous improvement of administration and coordination functions, records management, scheduling, and reporting and contributing to the L&D leadership group.

This role is a full time, fixed term contract for twelve months with the potential for extension or to become permanent.

**About you**:

- Experience coordinating training schedules or planning work for multiple customers’ needs
- Experience using Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and exposure to Student and Learning Management Systems, preferably aXcelerate, SAP & Success Factors.
- Travel booking systems experience and logistics planning
- Highly developed Customer Service skills
- Previous exposure working within an RTO/Training environment desirable
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
