**About the role**:
BaptistCare is seeking a Chaplain to join our vibrant team in our Home Services team on a part time basis. The role will provide quality person-centred Chaplaincy/ Pastoral Care that meets the needs of our staff, volunteers, clients and families and is consistent with BaptistCare’s Purpose and Values. **About you**:
The successful applicant will have chaplaincy qualifications with a preference for theological qualifications and aged care chaplaincy experience. You will have the ability to demonstrate a high level of spiritual commitment and a pastoral heart. You will have experience in or willingness to conduct funerals with the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and autonomously. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a recommendation from a local church.
