The Team Leader provides guidance and support to the CatholicCare Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinators and Educators. It will promote quality learning, care and education to OSHC services by working alongside the OSHC Leadership staf fin developing and mentoring the team.

This is a permanent full time position based in the Illawarra area, working 38 hours per week.

**Our requirements to provide care**
- Relevat Tertiary qualifications in Children's Services (Diploma or Degree level)
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Demonstrated experience in Childcare/OSHC Sector
- Superior knowledge of Frameworks, Regulations nad Law that underpin the OSHC Sector
- Excellent time management skills in achieving team outputs and deadlines
- A current First Aid certificate
- Employees are required to have received 2 doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine; or has been issued with a Medical Contraindication Certificate on the prescribed NSW Health form, exempting from vaccination
