We are looking for an experienced individual that will assist in the development and implementation of A&Ds funding strategies and funding optimization plans in conjunction with the Executive Manager. This role is responsible for optimizing the business sustainability through Aged and Disability funding models, informing the development and maintenance of systems as they relate to funding, and leading the overall business model transformation in line with the businesses strategic initiatives

This is a temporary full time position for a period of 12 months, consisting of 38 hours per week and adopts a hybrid model of work.

The salary for this position is $124 204 per annum + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.

**Our requirements to provide care**
- Experience in business growth and financial sustainability and knowledge of the changing environment in the health/ disability sector, including funding and emerging trends in service delivery
- Capacity to thrive in highly collaborative environments, have excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Aged, Health or Community services and/or business management
- Minimum 5 years proven leadership experience in health, particularly customer/case management, quality management, incident management and resolution
- Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care and NDIS Sectors
- Demonstrated experience & sector knowledge of service provision
