Hera Car Rental is looking for a professional, dynamic, and enthusiastic **Office Administrator** to join our team. You will be the face of our company and play a key role in supporting marketing and advertising activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients at the office with professionalism and friendliness.
- Assist customers with rental procedures and address their inquiries.
- Plan, execute, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- **Gender**: Female.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
- **Experience**:
- At least 1 year of experience in reception or customer service roles.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (preferably with optimization skills).
- **Personal Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, projecting professionalism and warmth to clients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Creativity in developing content and marketing strategies.
