About the role

Provide administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the Property team.

With many learning and growth opportunities, the successful candidate will provide a range of administrative services to deliver on Council's strategic initiatives and support the team in delivering property projects and tasks.

You can also expect to:

  • Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports as well as meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes for the team.
  • Complete financial transactions and purchasing services.
  • Respond to emails and phone enquires in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain diaries, records, and databases to ensure that all information is accurately and correctly stored and accessible.
  • Coordinate the Strategic Land and Property Working Group meetings.
  • Track Departmental enquires requiring responses and actions allocated by Council and other Executives.

About you

We are looking for a someone who can:

  • Deliver multiple administrative support activities and services in line with agreed service standards, timeframes, and milestones.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers.
  • Deal with staff, external stakeholders, and issues in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Has a minimum secondary school completion and/or relevant experience.
  • Prior experience with Techone, Content Manager, Infor Council and Pathways will be highly regarded

Salary range: $74,087 to $82,977 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
