A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our Transport division supporting a major roads joint venture
About the Role

ConnectSydney, a dynamic joint venture between Service Stream, Boral and Johnson Controls, will be delivering the Sydney Road Assets Performance Contract for the Harbour Zone in metropolitan Sydney. We are looking for talented, motivated and driven individuals to join the team who will be committed to delivering innovative, customer-focused and sustainable outcomes whilst also establishing a positive legacy for our customers and community.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator to join our business. The Maintenance Administrator will provide ConnectSydney’s Customer and Stakeholder team with administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Collating data for end-of-month purposes,
- Cost reporting and other ad-hoc finance tasks
- Assist with the preparation of Head Contract and Subcontract claims/variations, forecasting and accruals
- Maintain data records for project communication and maintenance work
- Support the functionality of the wider Maintenance team
- Manage all data entry and record keeping relevant to the team function

About You
- Previous experience as an Administrator
- Desirable - Exposure to the building/construction/engineering sectors
- Highly organised and methodical
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to engage with a diverse range of people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
