About the Role
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic & operational policy and planning and service development activities within the Metro South Oral Health Service.
Manage the administrative/operational support service staff for the Metro South Oral Health Service in order to achieve an effective and efficient administrative support service by selection, orientation and management of performance appraisal & development of administrative staff and by developing teamwork and individual staff development whilst maintaining cooperation between administrative and clinical staff within the service.
