With a long history of supporting the community with Aged Care, NDIS and Families & Young People Programs, Mercy Community is expanding their services within Home Care (Community) Supports. With this growth comes a newly created role responsible for supporting the teams across Queensland. As an experienced manager within community supports you will be responsible for leading the team to build and deliver high-quality community aged care services.

**About Your Role**:
As Regional Manager, you will be instrumental in the growth of the business and in building respectful relationships with our families, clients, and staff. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the successful delivery of Mercy Communities Community Aged Care Services.
- Ensuring services are meeting targets; undertake reporting and identify emergent risks.
- Ensuring all services are implementing person centred care and meeting clinical standards.
- Being responsible for monthly financial results and improving financial performance.
- Responding to client/stakeholder complaints inline with both company and statutory requirements.
- Building and maintaining effective community relationships.
- Advocating for our clients through all appropriate channels.

**About You**:

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in leadership/management in Community Aged Care
- A good working knowledge of Dementia Care and Palliative Care
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care funding systems, the Aged Care Act 1997 & amendments and Aged Care Accreditation standards
- Effective communication skills and the ability to engage and influence all stakeholders, including employees, residents, and families
- Excellent relationship development and networking skills with a commitment to professional development
- High level management skills including financial, human resource, risk, compliance, and quality
- Willing to travel throughout Queensland
- Queensland Provisional or above drivers licence.
