We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

- Highly developed leadership skills with demonstrated capability and experience in coordinating, managing and delivering a range of best practice ICT business support services to support and enhance operational service delivery. Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills and the proven ability to foster and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. - Proven success in the development and implementation of practical and effective governance arrangements in respect to a range of corporate support functions including ICT, procurement; finance and human resources. Demonstrated capabilities and experience in successfully implementing organisational change and service system reforms in a complex operational environment of competing priorities and needs with limited resources. Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret financial and trend/output/outcome performance data to drive performance improvement. - Demonstrated commitment to implement practices which promote a fair and ethical workplace, employment equity, cultural diversity and occupational health and safety.
