The Opportunity:
Your key objective will be to ensure leasing targets are achieved and ensuring that the asset strategy is met within the operational parameters of each precinct/centre.

The Role:
Reporting to Divisional Leasing Manager, the Leasing Executive will coordinate and deliver leasing outcomes within your assigned portfolio.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day leasing requirements for your assigned shopping centre and retail precincts. This role will include developing leasing strategies, remixing, lease renewals, and building relationships with retailers.

About You:
Success in this role will be the ability to provide technical advice to our internal and external customers and the ability to execute complex leasing transactions and negotiations. Ideally, you will have a strong industry network with a high level of credibility with retailers and tenant representatives within the VIC Retail Market.
