**WHY YOU WANT THIS ROLE**

Our client is a true leader and innovator in their field, specialising in providing solutions to mostly mining clients, in the area of safety. They design, manufacture and supply their products which allows them to ensure consistency in quality along with the ability to provide a bespoke service to meet their client’s needs. The business itself has been around for decades and they are comfortably known as the “go-to” for some of the major players. Bonus point - they are WA owned and operated

You will be given all of the tools to set you up for success including a company car. Support is strong, with an exceptional team of administrators, all of whom also have solid relationships with clients.

Tenure is high and this is because the Directors consider their staff as family, and are compassionate, respectful and generous. They hold regular events including staff barbeques and family days.

**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

What excites us most about this role, is that it will be tailored to you and your area of expertise. At its core, you will be responsible for growing business, managing current relationships, and fostering new ones. You will be encouraged to bring in new ideas and assist with strategy.

You will be given a geographical area of WA to focus on, where you will travel regularly (roughly one week per month) to visit clients. If you already have experience and connections to a certain geographical location, then this is where you will be placed.

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

This business is known for going above and beyond so we are looking for someone who has no problem going the extra mile. Experience in sales is a MUST, and those with B2B and mining experience will be highly favoured. We’re looking for a go-getter, who wants to take ownership and genuinely make a difference. This business exists so people can return home safely after work every night.

As this role will have you visiting mine sites, you must be able to provide a Police Clearance (with no nasty surprises) and be willing to undergo a medical and drug & alcohol test to ensure site clearance. You must also have a valid driver’s license.
