We offer the services of Plan Management and Support Coordination to NDIS participants. The Business Relationship Manager has primary accountability for customer acquisition and B2B engagement. The Business Relationship Manager will focus on developing strong partnerships to drive customer growth. The Business Relationship Manager will work closely with the national partnerships team to ensure a consistent approach to engaging with referral networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver customer acquisition to achieve business targets
- Travel may be required at times
- Develop strong partnerships with organisations to drive customer growth
- Be actively engaged in community development and engagement
- Drive and implement national acquisition strategy
- Represent and present Plan Partners at interagency meetings and local forums
- Build partnerships and strategic alliances that will extend the organization's brand in the community
- Research and respond to the needs of the organization including keeping up to date with industry developments and changes

Provider Relationship Management
- Pro-actively engage with service providers to understand their service capability, and maintain positive relationships and establish/develop referral pathways
- Present the Plan Partners value proposition to service providers that will encourage them to recommend Plan Management to their customers
- Advise service providers the terms of Plan Partners plan management arrangement, respective obligations of the service provider and process for invoicing for provided supports
- Pro-actively manage escalations from providers to ensure quality service is being delivered

NDIA/LAC Relationship Management
- Maintain positive relationships with key NDIA employees, Local Area Co-ordinators (LACs) and pro-actively engage with them on a regular basis. Attend local interagency meetings and present Plan Partners as an attractive destination for service providers to refer their clients for plan management services.
- Keep up to date with all NDIA information, outcome requirements, policy updates, planning processes etc and where possible, pro-actively engage in forums, working groups and consultations with the NDIA.

Other
- Provide input in the development and documentation of efficient business processes for Plan Management, Plan Management Service Intermediary and Support Co-ordination services
- Participate in training and development as required
- Undertake Other duties as may be allocated to you by your manager

Skills and Requirements
- Ability to live Plan Partners values and to bring to life the Plan Partners customer value proposition.
- Self-starter, able to operate autonomously and driven to achieve goals / targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills and NDIS knowledge.
- Ability to work with people with diverse abilities, requirements and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Community Services, Business or Management
