We are experts in the maritime, river, estuarine and coastal sectors, providing consultancy advice and civil and structural design services to clients in several sectors.

Great opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Business Unit Director. You will also consult and engage with stakeholders across Australia and APAC to help deliver and complete required tasks. We are seeking someone who is proactive and enthusiastic to contributing to the business in this varied role where each day is different.

This role will suit a personality who is dynamic, enjoys taking the initiative coupled with the ability and desire to develop relationships across all levels of the business.

**What will you do**:

- Supporting the Business Unit Director on a daily basis to drive and manage workflow
- Calendar Management - plan, prioritise, schedule and coordinate appointments and proactively prepare for upcoming activities
- Meetings - organise and coordinate meetings. Take care of facilities and logistics, distribute agenda documents and including preparation of meeting minutes, briefing papers and presentations
- Organising travel arrangements including hotels, flights visas for both national and international travel
- Maintaining expense records, reviewing invoices and credit card statements
- Organising and quality controlling corporate documents, including contracts, letters, proposals, reference sheets and external policy documentation
