Join a growing health and wellness brand in an exciting, hands-on role.

I'm a local doctor and entrepreneur building several health-focused ventures — including an Occupational Health platform, a new supplement line, and a medical and skin-cancer clinic in Mackay. I'm looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Personal Assistant who can help bring these projects to life.

This is not a typical admin role — you'll be at the centre of planning, design, and marketing across multiple exciting health initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily operations, scheduling, and coordination of multiple projects
  • Design marketing materials and visuals (Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop)
  • Support website and digital content updates (Figma, WordPress or Wix experience valued)
  • Help prepare documents, presentations, and business proposals
  • Conduct research, organise data, and liaise with partners and suppliers
  • Assist with client and company outreach for Occupational Health services
  • Maintain confidential files, track progress, and follow up on tasks and deadlines

What We're Looking For
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Confidence with online tools (Google Workspace, Figma, Excel, project tools)
  • A creative eye and strong attention to detail
  • Positive, reliable, and self-motivated attitude
  • Interest in health, wellness, and business development
  • Ability to work full-time in Mackay (office-based role)

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year (depending on experience) + performance bonuses

Hours: Full-time (38 hrs/week)
