Personal Assistant

We are seeking someone to join the team as a Personal Assistant for Spanian.
The role of Spanian’s personal assistant will vary depending on his needs and schedule, but generally, your responsibilities will include:
*Managing schedules: You will be responsible for managing schedules, which can include coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and managing their day-to-day activities.
*Handling logistics: You may be responsible for making arrangements for events, such as securing venues, arranging catering, and coordinating with vendors.
*Managing personal tasks: Personal assistants may also be responsible for handling personal tasks for Spanian, such as paying bills, managing other staff, and running any other errands.
This can be a demanding job, requiring you to be highly organized, flexible, and discreet. Overall, we are looking for someone that is able to ensure Spanian's life runs smoothly and that he is able to focus on his career and personal goals without being bogged down by the day-to-day details of life.
As Spanian travels within Australia and overseas regularly, there will be no set hours and as such, essentially you will be “on call” 24/7 and will be able to accommodate and cater to any requests at short notice, any time of day or night.
