What this job involves
We’re looking for a Residential Research Analyst to join our team In this role, you will be a part of Australia’s largest and most respected dedicated property research team to produce market leading analysis on the Australian residential market for external clients and help support JLL’s internal business requirements.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Tracking a range of property data variables and contributing to reports and presentations on Australia’s housing markets nationally
Identify and communicating trends that will shape the outlook for Australian housing markets
Manage and oversee the collection of data on Australian apartment market construction projects
Help monitor developments in Australia’s new burgeoning build-to-rent (BTR) residential sector and contribute to reports and presentations on BTR
Assisting external and internal clients with their additional enquiries and ad hoc research requirements

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail orientated with a good eye for accuracy, process and deadline driven as well as a multi-tasker
Strong computing skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
Qualifications in Property, Finance, Economics and other disciplines will be highly regarded
