Change Analyst

The responsibilities of the Change Analyst will include partnering with projects, enabling areas and teams across the RTA to assist with the delivery of best-practice change management. The role will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on change management outcomes and benefit realisation across the RTA's transformation program.
**To be successful you will need**:
- Demonstrated experience supporting change initiatives using best practice change practices.
- Experience analysing the impacts of change, planning and designing strategies to minimise the impact and/or increase adoption and buy-in.
- The ability to identify risks and issues that may impede the success of change, working cross-organisationally to develop mitigations.
- The ability to work collaboratively across business to achieve change management outcomes and the realisation of benefits.
- To collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders, regularly engaging and reporting on transformation outcomes.
- To act as an agent for change, championing the shifts brought about by RTA's transformation agenda.
- To assist in the development of change management artefacts and support activities such as change management planning, business readiness, business engagement, training design and implementation activities for the transformation program.
- Adapt flexibly to changing priorities, be open to feedback and work effectively in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines.
- To work cooperatively in a team to deliver program outcomes to a high quality.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
