**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our dynamic and professional residential team. This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry, primarily project marketing across all formats of residential development.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking market research and feasibility analysis for new house and land communities, townhouses and apartment projects across South East Queensland
- Assist in developing and maintaining marketing strategies and campaigns for the various developments under management
- Assisting the directors with the preparation of project marketing submissions, information memorandums and site-specific analysis/identification
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key partnerships and stakeholders
- Assist and manage ongoing client and internal reporting
- Assist the greater team in the growth of the residential business, its profile and increase its market share, generating new projects and sales enquiry

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this challenging role you will need to possess:

- Tertiary qualifications in property, business, or related disciplines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum intermediate level MS Office and Adobe skills, with favour given to capable experience in either Excel, In-Design, sales portal’s (Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM’s) and GIS
- Attention to detail, creativity, willingness to implement improvements and think outside the box
- Experience and passion for residential development, city shaping and creative marketing
