**About the Role**
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Customer Research Analyst to join BOQ’s growing team in a permanent role.

Reporting to our Head of Customer Insight & Research, we are looking for a hands-on and proactive Analyst who will be responsible for supporting customer research, analysis of customer experience insights and reporting, across the entire BOQ Group.

You will play an important role in the Customer Research & Insights team in managing operational activities and ensuring high quality insights are delivered to inform customer led decision making in the Business.

The role will oversee the daily management of our online customer communities and co-ordinate key reports such as Voice of the Customer. You will facilitate customer experience feedback surveys for various brands in the Group by launching surveys, completing data manipulation requirements and sharing dashboards via the Experience Management tool.

Your experience with Powerpoint and Excel will see you in good stead as you will be responsible for turning data captured in surveys into graphs, tables and reports and ensuring data is accurately and correctly translated into automated online dashboards.

**About you**
To be successful in the role you will be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills and experience in a similar role.

Degree qualifications in Marketing or a Business related discipline would be well regarded but is not essential. We are more interested in your hands-on experience in either a customer insights, research, analytics or marketing position and your customer-centric, proactive approach to your work.

Naturally you will need a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as strong organisation skills and the ability to work to a schedule.

A key part of the role will be your ability to liaise with various different internal and external stakeholders, therefore your interpersonal and customer service skills will be second to none
