Delta Panels is a 100% Australian owned and operated manufacturer of insulated panels. We are a family-owned business that has grown to be at the forefront of the manufacturing and supply of high-quality insulated panel systems. Our products include roof, wall, ceiling and patio systems, plus a wide range of accessories.

About the role

As Receptionist you will be part of a small team and some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
- Answer large volume of phone calls, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system
- Accept deliveries and mail, organise them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
- Ad hoc duties
- Inputting Outlook data
- Handle filing and data entry as requested
- Ensuring the conference room is clean and ready for guests
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills and Experience
- Proven excellent communication skills - experience in customer service advantageous
- High level of literacy and verbal skills
- Superior writing and communications skills
- Highly motivated and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Confident computer skills - comfortable with learning new software
- Experience being a team player collaborating across departments
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures and work well under direction
- Well presentation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
