Your role will involve:

• Building relationships with mechanical engineers, contractors, and project managers
• Understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right ventilation solutions
• Processing orders and quotes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinating with our engineering team to ensure seamless project delivery
• Providing technical support (with full training provided)
• Managing administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly
• Contributing to our reputation for exceptional customer service
