We are seeking a National Engagement Manager to join School of Nursing, Faculty of Health, Academic Division.

**What you need to succeed**
- Postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications, in a relevant area; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to a collaborative culture, working in group settings and/or as part of a cross-organisational or inter-organisational team to achieve mutual strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically interact with aged care organisations and individuals and negotiate effectively with project team members, and industry and public groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively influence and collaborate with a range of staff and external partners in a complex environment, as well as a flexible, consultative approach to information sharing.
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to efficiently manage competing demands to deliver consistently high quality work and meet tight deadlines.
**Desirable**
- Experience in health or aged care research projects involving multiple stakeholders and evaluation of health or aged care services, including writing reports, conference papers and other engagement events.
