About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead national initiatives that strengthen connections with franchise partners, foster trust, and champion their voices across our network.


The ideal candidate will be experienced in building strong relationships, managing engagement initiatives, and providing regular updates on partner sentiment, risks, and opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver national franchise engagement programs
  • Coordinate surveys, track partner sentiment, and report insights to senior leaders
  • Lead the planning and execution of national roadshows across key regions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape event agendas and key messages
  • Manage the weekly communications calendar and create brand-aligned content
  • Develop toolkits, FAQs, and talking points to support field teams
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across all communication channels
  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners and internal teams
  • Act as a key contact for feedback, escalation, and two-way communication

Requirements
  • Experience in franchise, stakeholder engagement or similar roles
  • Proven success in writing business communications and managing engagement initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with great attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence in written and verbal communication
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to turn feedback into meaningful action
  • A natural relationship builder with empathy and professionalism
  • Proactive and hands-on with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in QSR or food retail environments
  • Familiarity with feedback platforms like CultureAmp or Qualtrics
  • Event coordination or facilitation experience
