We are looking for a National Tenant Engagement Manager who has experience identifying, developing and implementing tenant engagement strategies to continuously enhance positive relationships with tenants within our buildings.
About the Role
The National Tenant Engagement Manager is a permanent, part time role (0.6 FTE).
Reporting to the Head of Property Operations, you will work with the Property Operations team to deliver on the Tenant Engagement Strategy and ensure the best-in-class experiences for our portfolio and other stakeholders.- Manage the calendar of key events and activations across the property portfolio and work with marketing to prepare and distribute material.- Oversee the planning and delivery of key activations e.g. R U OK Day, NAIDOC week in conjunction with site specific Property Management teams.- Lead the delivery of Tenant surveys and ensure action plans are completed.- Coordinate welcome pack materials and gifts for tenants.- Work with the Marketing team to coordinate content management for all front-of-house digital platforms including website, social media, community portal, lift screens and directory boards.- Ensure content and photography from events and activations are obtained and work with Marketing to promote on social media.- Complete accurate and timely filing of relevant documentation as required.
