Our communications team is currently seeking an experienced Designer to deliver on a wide range of complex brand and design needs for NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS), and the Environment Group within the Department of Planning and Environment.
As the Design Coordinator, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- designing and delivering a range of communications materials, including publications, websites, digital media, animation and videos, to reflect the brand needs of the NPWS and the Environment Group.
- understanding and working with a range of complex branding and design requirements within Government guidelines.
- Being the main creative designer of 3 designers within the Brand and Design team.

**About you**
Client service is paramount in our day-to-day efforts, and you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver on a wide and diverse range of branding and design needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Designer to join a dedicated and highly regarded team with significant opportunity to be a key contributor in supporting a client group to deliver environmental outcomes for the people of NSW. **Essential requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in design and/or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience in using information and visual design principles to deliver customer-centric products and organisational outcomes.
- High-level experience with Adobe CC InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and additional skills in animation and editing are preferred.
- Ability to occasionally work after hours, including weekends for high priority Ministerial level urgent design and brand communications publishing.
