The Opportunity

As a Communications Coordinator at Clayton Utz, you’ll play a key role in shaping the way we communicate—internally and externally. About the Role

As the Communications Coordinator, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, the Head of Communications and the broader Communications team. You'll be supporting the delivery of our internal and external communications strategies and initiatives and ensuring alignment across the firm’s communication efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

- Content creation: Drafting, reviewing, editing and publishing engaging and professional internal communications across multiple channels, working with various stakeholders.
- Measuring impact: Using data and insights to help enhance the delivery of and engagement with communications.
- External support: Providing assistance with external communications initiatives, including media monitoring and reporting.
- Alignment: Supporting the integration of internal and external communications, and assisting with the coordination and management of internal communications cadence to enhance the delivery of messages to relevant audiences.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings:

- Tertiary qualifications: A degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related discipline is required.
- Exceptional writing skills: Ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Keen eye for detail: Adept at reviewing thoroughly and spotting the smaller things.
- Strong organisational skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and communication calendars.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and adjusting to shifting priorities.
- Collaboration: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
