The Assistant Workplace Manager plays a pivotal role within our Workplace Management Services Team on site with our client partner. This role works closely with the Workplace Manager and National Workplace Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional tenancy support and uphold the highest standards of workplace efficiency and productivity. This position requires a proactive approach to service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Supervise the delivery of Workplace Support services with particular focus on space management, meeting room use and space presentation
- Deliver best-in-class Client and Employee workplace experiences
- Oversee Help Desk operations including Access Card management, locker allocation, and Environment Health and Safety compliance
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the tenancy
- Ensure the delivery of contracted Workplace services in line with SLAs/KPIs.
