Change and Communications Lead

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify change and communications impacts from documented solution impacts.
- Manage and develop the Business Change Impact Assessments (BCIA) and responses to ensure that all nominated change actions are captured.
- Act as the liaison point for all nominated parties to ensure delivery of BCIA change responses and coordinate the governance requirements.
- Manage communication impacts and requirements including software change notifications, impacts as a result of defects and communications with customer stakeholders.
- Manage communications impacts as a result of risks and issues.
- Managing all communications artefacts required for release governance gates.
- Review end to end change and communications process and implement new tools and processes to streamline.

To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:

- Demonstrated success in ICT and business process change and communications with a proven record in planning, executing and evaluating ICT and business process change and communications impacts, communication strategies and/or campaigns within a large complex service delivery environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing a range of change and communications collateral including presentations and knowledge content.
- Proven record of achievement in implementing change management activities that achieved efficiency in service delivery and realised sustained service improvement.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and consultation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven highly developed analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
