**You will do this by**:

- Facilitating disaster management planning, monitoring and review activities with key stakeholders across divisional business areas.
- Supporting the development, communication and implementation of departmental guidelines relating to the division's disaster management arrangements.
- Delivering, leading and managing change and communication activities to achieve agreed project objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
- Developing and executing change management and transition plans relevant for the project.
- Identifying, assessing, understanding and managing change impacts resulting from project implementation, including assigning roles and responsibilities for management of change impacts, reporting and progress tracking.
- Preparing and delivering a range of communications to internal and external stakeholders, team members and governance bodies, to ensure that others are fully briefed on objectives, tasks and progress.
- Managing readiness and transition activities for internal stakeholders, utilising appropriate status reporting and tracking.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure project success, leading workshops and meetings focused on change and communication planning and readiness activities.
- Leading and ensuring you establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
