**Role Requirements/Deliverables**
We are seeking an experienced Communications and Change Specialist to join our team on this exciting program of work. You will add significant value to our team by bringing your demonstrated experience in producing a variety of communication outputs, and supporting diverse change management activities. Bringing our stakeholders on the change journey is our priority. Your instinct will be to collaborate, engage, and consult, and you will be adept at balancing this instinct with the need to deliver high quality outputs and pivot to emerging needs.

**Summary of key Personnel's Skills, capability and experience**

Demonstrated experience in fulfilling the role outlined above

Experience in a similar role in a similar industry and/or experience delivering communications and change outcomes to engineers

Exceptional writing skills and superior verbal communication skills

Exceptional MS PowerPoint skills to produce high quality, unique and visually engaging material

Experience in developing SharePoint sites

Skills in developing videos

Experience in a change management role (e.g. change analyst, change lead, change manger)

Experience and/or knowledge of the ADKAR methodology

Adaptability and responsiveness - ability to pivot to emerging issues and respond quickly to stakeholder needs

Ability to deliver - to work to tight deadlines and turn around outputs quickly

Ability to work with ambiguity, with mínimal direction and to take initiative

Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams

Strong time management and coordination skills
