**Change Lead** to join their team on an
**8-month contract.**

As the Program Coordinator Contractor, you will
- Lead the execution of change management plans: communication, training and transition
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive, office and field staff
- Develop and coordinate business readiness activities
- Complete change impact assessments and create change management strategies
