We are currently looking for an APS4 to support a number of HR functions including (but not limited to) recruitment, performance, culture, reporting, workforce planning, employment conditions/industrial relations and WHS.

**Under general direction the main duties of the role are to**:

- Provide a first point of contact for employees and respond to a range of straightforward HR matters verbally and in writing supported by a knowledge database and your team and supervisor.
- Use information databases and maintain employee records including data entry and retrieval
- Provide generalist HR administrative support including responsibility for accounts, and some routine secretariat duties
- Assisting on a broad range of HR tasks including payroll, recruitment, reporting and performance management.
- Assist in the implementation of a broad range of HR initiatives and projects

- Experience in the administration or HR is desirable
- Strong administrative skills and previous experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong engagement with stakeholders
- Organisation and time management skills

All staff will require a minimum of baseline security clearance and either have or the ability to pass an AFP security check.
